Return Policy

Within the confines of our store, we steadfastly adhere to a policy of offering 100% returns or exchanges through the medium of in-store credit. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If an item is defective please let us know upon delivery of your item. If a return or exchange is requested for a different size, color, no longer want the item(s), etc, please note the buyer accepts full responsibility for all return/exchange shipping costs. Please be sure to utilize our detailed photos and informational pages to make the correct size and color selections upon checkout.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pawsandpurs.com. Once we have received the returned item, you will be able to place a new order with your store credit. 

 

Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded with a lifetime in-store store credit equalling the amount of the purchased item within ten business days if approved.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order with your store credit. 

 

Damages and issues

If you notice a defect with any of our products or see that it is damaged in any capacity, no problem. Send us a message thru our Contact Page within three days of receiving your order, and we will follow up with your return instructions to provide your in-store credit guarantee or a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
